I cannot get my voucher to work
Ensure that you click on the National voucher code icon on our homepage enter your code in the voucher code box (groupon codes look like this223/333) YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER IN SECURITY CODES with groupon only which is10 alphanumeric characthers all other vouchers no code is require. Once you have entered your code succesfully you will be prompted to upload your file ensure that this is BIGGER than 300kb and does not exceed 12mb and is a jpg file only.
My file will not upload it says timeout error
Try reducing file size to less than 12mb
My basket shows more than the price of the canvas with the voucher discount
You probably have the acrylic fade and scratch resistant coating selected at £2.95, and possibly one of the specialist edges either blank or mirrord edge, only the stretch option is included.
My canvas has not arrived please advise
Only contact customer services after 10 working days when order has been placed, with voucher deals we can sell over 2500 in one go so although we try and aim to dispatch within a week or so its very busy and unnessary calls only delay the process.
I have tried to pay by card and it is being declined
Try using the paypal method, you do not need an account with paypal just a credit/debit card.
My canvas has been delivered and is damaged
