Grangeprint's Facebook App application is operated and controlled by or on behalf of Grangeprint Ltd.

Grangeprint's Facebook App uses the Facebook platform and you must also have a Facebook account to use and interact with the Grangeprint's Facebook App and Facebook's terms and conditions, guidelines and privacy policies also apply to your use of Grangeprint's Facebook App. If there is a conflict between the Grangeprint's Facebook App Terms and Facebook's terms and conditions, guidelines and privacy policies then as between you and us, the Grangeprint's Facebook App Terms will prevail.

Specific Grangeprint's Facebook App terms:

1. To use the Grangeprint's Facebook App you must be 16 years old or older. If you are under the age of 16 you are not permitted to access or use the Grangeprint Facebook App.

2. Upon logging on to Grangeprint's Facebook App for the first time Grangeprint's Facebook App will ask permission to access information from your Facebook profile. This includes:

a. your Basic Information (which includes your name, profile pictures, user name, and other information forming your Basic Account Information on Facebook),

b. your Photos.

2. Grangeprint's Facebook App accesses the images you have saved in your Facebook photo albums when you sign into Facebook from the Grangeprint website.

3. You warrant to us that your Facebook Profile images are your own original images and use in the Grangeprint's Facebook App or any product generated by the Grangeprint's Facebook App will not (i) infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party (and you hereby confirm that you have permission from anyone featured in your Facebook Profile images to use them in this way) (ii) be defamatory of any person (iii) breach any laws or regulations; or (iv) breach Facebook's terms and conditions, privacy policies or guidelines.
